ZEST founder Jenni Gritters has been teaching and practicing yoga for 10 years.
She's been a 200-hour registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance since February 2018 and she completed her yoga certification at Sendatsu Evolution in Seattle, WA.
Jenni's classes offer students of all levels the opportunities to take care of themselves, learn something new, and feel challenged. She teaches creative vinyasa sequences with slow, yin-style cool downs -- but every class is different. You'll never be bored!
Jenni's ultimate goal as a yoga teacher is to help you add tools to your stress management toolbox, whether that means breathing, tuning into your body, or something else entirely.
Jenni currently teaches yoga and mindfulness meditation classes at the Ronald McDonald House and The Riveter Fremont.
